Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms

KO Flow is operated by Mesmer LLC, doing business as KO Flow. By accessing or using KO Flow, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Fitness and safety notice

Combat-sports training and exercise involve risk of injury. Before training, consider consulting a healthcare professional, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have been inactive, or have concerns about exercise. Use an appropriate clear space and equipment, stay within your ability, and stop immediately if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or anything unusual.

You are responsible for deciding whether a workout is appropriate for you and for using KO Flow safely. Do not use the app while driving or in any situation where distraction could cause harm.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials and devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at info@koflow.app if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Premium subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are presented by the applicable store at purchase and are governed by its terms. Unless the store says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your store account.

Deleting your KO Flow account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel the subscription in the applicable store before deleting your account if you want billing to stop.

5. Acceptable use

You may use KO Flow for personal, non-commercial training. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it to violate law or another person's rights, or copy and redistribute KO Flow content without permission.

6. KO Flow content

The app, website, branding, audio, text, graphics, training programs, software, and other KO Flow materials are owned by or licensed to Mesmer LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KO Flow for its intended personal purpose.

Fight Studies distinguish sourced observations from practice adaptations. They are provided for educational and training reference and do not claim that a practice adaptation is a verbatim historical event or certified coaching instruction.

7. Third-party services

KO Flow relies on services provided by Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, and others. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KO Flow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your individual fitness needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesmer LLC and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of KO Flow. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using KO Flow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as KO Flow changes. Revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
