1. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you create an account, we may collect your email address, display name, and authentication details supplied by Apple or Google. We also process custom combinations, saved workouts, completed-session history, and other training information you choose to sync.
Guest training data. Workouts and history created in guest mode are stored on your device. They are uploaded only when you sign in and choose to upload them.
Purchases. We receive purchase identifiers, entitlement status, and subscription information from RevenueCat and the applicable app store. KO Flow does not receive your full payment-card details.
Website requests. Our hosting provider may process standard request data such as IP address, browser or device information, and timestamps to deliver and protect this website. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, synced training records, app features, and customer support.
- Confirm Premium access and manage subscription entitlements.
- Protect KO Flow, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot service problems.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
KO Flow's smart workout generator operates on your device and does not send your workout choices to a generative AI service.
3. When information is shared
We use service providers only as needed to operate KO Flow. These include Supabase for authentication and synced account data, RevenueCat for subscription status, Apple and Google for sign-in and app-store purchases, and hosting providers for this website and supporting services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may delete your account from the app or follow the instructions on our Delete Account page.
Deleting your KO Flow account removes the cloud profile and associated synced custom combinations, saved workouts, and training history. Data stored only on your device is removed separately by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Apple, Google, and other providers may retain their own purchase records under their policies and legal obligations.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Children
KO Flow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it.
7. Your choices and rights
You may update certain account details in the app, keep training data only on your device by using guest mode, or request account deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as KO Flow changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by another appropriate method.
